A．★營業執照：如果投標人為境內注冊公司，投標人需提供合法有效的企業法人營業執照、稅務登記證及組織機構代碼證或證照合一的營業執照；如果投標人為境外注冊公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊證明。A．★Business licence: The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license;The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.B．★制造商要求:所投產品為國內產品：不允許代理商投標，投標人需是調節閥的制造商所投產品為境外產品：允許調節閥的制造商或取得調節閥制造商唯一授權的代理商投標。 投標人為代理商時，應得到本次投標調節閥制造商的唯一合法授權，并需提供以下材料（蓋制造商公章）：1）在有效期內的調節閥制造商授權書；2）調節閥制造商承諾函，承諾投標所投產品為制造商工廠生產。B． ★ Manufacturer requirement: The product being bid for is a domestic product: agents are not allowed to bid, and bidders must be manufacturers of control valves.The product being tendered is an overseas product: manufacturers of control valves or agents authorized solely by the control valve manufacturer are allowed to bid.When the bidder is an agent or a contractor, they should obtain the sole legal authorization of the control valve manufacturer for this bidding and provide the following materials (stamped with the manufacturer's official seal):1) Authorization letter from the manufacturer of the control valve within its validity period;2) Commitment letter from the manufacturer of the control valve, promising that the products submitted for bidding will be produced by the manufacturer's factory.
