泰國普吉島二期1x500t垃圾發電EPC總承包項目，建設資金來源已落實，項目已具備采購條件，現對該項目的安裝施工分包采用公開競爭性談判采購。
Tender conditions
The construction fund source of the second phase 1x500t waste power generation EPC general contracting project in Phuket, Thailand has been implemented, and the project has met the procurement conditions. Now the installation and construction subcontracting of the project will be purchased through open competitive negotiation.
1 項目概況與招標范圍

1.1 工程名稱：泰國普吉島二期1x500t垃圾發電EPC總承包項目
Project name:At least 500 tpd municipal solid waste incineration system at phuket municipal solid waste disposal center
1.2 工程地點：泰國普吉島。
Project location: Phuket Thailand.
1.3 工程規模：1臺套500t/d生活垃圾焚燒爐+1臺套9.9MW汽輪發電機組。

1.4 標段信息

本次招標擬定1家中標單位，具體標段劃分在確定完中標單位后由招標人根據合同要求下發施工任務通知單，中標單位應嚴格按照施工任務通知單要求進行施工，如若招標人認為中標單位不具備繼續施工的能力，招標人有權停止對中標人下發施工任務通知單，中標人應無條件服從招標人的要求，投標人中標后，應嚴格按照甲方確定的內容及范圍進行。若中標人的現場施工無法達到招標人要求，則招標人有權從中標人的標段中切除出部分工作交由其他單位進行施工，對于此，招標人無需給中標人解釋，中標人應嚴格服從招標人規定執行。
