Dear：
我公司就坦桑尼亞姆班巴灣新碼頭開(kāi)發(fā)的設(shè)計(jì)與建造工程所需鋼板及內(nèi)外熱鍍鋅鋼管進(jìn)行公開(kāi)詢(xún)比價(jià)，茲邀請(qǐng)貴公司前來(lái)應(yīng)答及報(bào)價(jià)，先將有關(guān)事項(xiàng)說(shuō)明如下：
Our company is conducting a public inquiry and price comparison for the steel plates and internal and external hot-dip galvanized steel pipes required for the design and construction of the new Mtwara Bay terminal development project in Tanzania. We hereby invite your company to respond and provide a quotation. The relevant matters are explained as follows:

一、項(xiàng)目名稱(chēng)：坦桑尼亞姆班巴灣新碼頭開(kāi)發(fā)的設(shè)計(jì)與建造。
 Project Name: Design and construction of the new wharf development in Mbamba Bay, Tanzania.

二、項(xiàng)目地點(diǎn)：Mbamba Bay，Songea，Tanzania。
 Project location: Mbamba Bay，Songea，Tanzania.

三、工期：2025年12月-2026年2月。
 Construction period: December 2025 - February 2026.

四、詢(xún)價(jià)物資：清單內(nèi)的鋼板及內(nèi)外熱鍍鋅鋼管進(jìn)行報(bào)價(jià)。
  Fourth, the inquiry materials: Provide quotations for the steel plates and the internal and external hot-dip galvanized steel pipes listed.

五、交貨時(shí)間：根據(jù)施工進(jìn)度，我方分批提供采購(gòu)清單。
  Delivery time: According to the construction progress, we will provide the purchase list in batches.

六、付款方式及期限：按照項(xiàng)目部訂單進(jìn)行運(yùn)輸，到場(chǎng)驗(yàn)收合格后七個(gè)工作日進(jìn)行結(jié)算付款，買(mǎi)方在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)向賣(mài)方支付貨款，賣(mài)方應(yīng)提前向買(mǎi)方提供機(jī)打的EFD 增值稅發(fā)票，具體事宜雙方協(xié)商。
 Payment Method and Term: Transportation shall be carried out according to the project department's order. Payment shall be settled within seven working days after on-site acceptance. The buyer shall pay the seller within the specified time. The seller shall provide the buyer with a pre-printed EFD value-added tax invoice in advance. Specific matters shall be negotiated by both parties.
