Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project involves the routine maintenance work of town-managed rivers in Heqing Town, Pudong New Area. The content includes: river patrol inspection, embankment maintenance, flood control channel maintenance, public greening maintenance, water and land area cleaning, maintenance of auxiliary facilities such as river guardrails and signage, as well as cooperation in water quality maintenance. In accordance with the requirements of the "Technical Regulations for River Maintenance and Conservation in Shanghai" and the "Assessment Methods for River Management and Conservation in Shanghai", the full-section maintenance work of rivers will be realized, and the long-term management will be fully implemented.

合同履約期限：2026年1月1日至2026年12月31日。
