簡要規格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：為貫徹落實《上海市生活垃圾清運、中轉、處置作業服務質量評議辦法》（滬綠容辦 【2020】17號）、《2025年上海市生活垃圾分類實效綜合考評辦法》、《浦東新區生活垃圾清運、中轉、處置作業服務質量年度評議辦法》（浦廢管 【2024】10號）、浦東新區中轉站、居民以及企事業清運單位相關考核辦法，進一步提升浦東新區生活垃圾清運、中轉、處置作業服務水平，切實落實責任，擬通過公開招標方式選擇一位合格供應商，以清運作業公司、中轉站運營公司、小壓站運營公司和屬地化管理的街鎮為評價對象，在全區開展生活垃圾收運實效測評工作。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
