簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：本項目為對項目擬對1366條鎮(zhèn)管河道設施日常進行養(yǎng)護。養(yǎng)護內(nèi)容包括河道音視檢查、堤防護岸養(yǎng)護、防汛通道養(yǎng)護、公共綠化養(yǎng)護、水域和陸域保潔河道護欄、標牌標識等附屬設施維護，并按照養(yǎng)護實效進行考核。            
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: This project is intended to carry out daily maintenance of 1,366 township-managed river facilities. The maintenance content includes audio-visual inspections of rivers, embankment and slope protection maintenance, flood control channel maintenance, public greening maintenance, cleanliness of water areas and land areas, as well as maintenance of附屬 facilities such as river railings, signs, and markers. Evaluation will be conducted based on the effectiveness of the maintenance.

二、申請人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定；
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：促進中小企業(yè)發(fā)展、促進殘疾人就業(yè)。根據(jù)《政府采購促進中小企業(yè)發(fā)展管理辦法》（財庫[2020]46號）及《關于進一步加大政府采購支持中小企業(yè)力度的通知》〔2022〕19號規(guī)定執(zhí)行。
