本招標項目烏茲別克斯坦坎德姆天然氣集輸項目，建設地點位于烏茲別克斯坦共和國，布哈拉州，卡拉庫爾區，招標人為中工國際工程股份有限公司。本項目已具備招標條件，現組織邀請招標，邀請你單位參加本項目設備供貨投標。
This bidding project is the Kandym Group Fields and Booster CompressorStation in Uzbekistan, is located in the Republic of Uzbekistan, BukharaRegion, Karakul District. The bidder is China National Construction EngineeringCorporation. This project has met the bidding conditions, and now an invitationto bid is organized, inviting your company to participate in the equipmentsupply tender for this project.
1. 項目概況與招標范圍 Project Overview and Scope of the Tender
1.1 項目概況 ProjectOverview
工作范圍：分七個工作段，共有53座單井站、4個叢井站、1個增壓站及相關管線、閥站、電力供應（變電站及輸電線路）、工藝控制、信息與安全工程、道路等配套設施的建設.
Scope of work:divided into seven work segments, including 53 single well stations, 4 clusterwell stations, 1 booster station, and related pipelines, valve stations, powersupply (substations and transmission lines), process control, information andsafety engineering, roads, and other supporting facilities construction.
項目工期：分為3個階段：第一階段565天；第二階段為695天；第三階段為971天;
Project duration: divided into 3 phases: the first phase is565 days; the second phase is 695 days; the third phase is 971 days.

2. 投標人資格要求 Qualification Requirements forBidders
2.1 本次招標要求投標人具備標書招標設備的制造或經營資質，品牌具備相關業績（說明海外項目及具體規模、數量等要求），并在人員、設備、資金等方面具有承擔本招標項目設備供貨的能力。
This tenderrequires bidders to have the Caption Equipment/Material manufacture or relatedtrading qualifications (specifying the production (manufacturing, operation,installation) licenses for the corresponding equipment, the qualificationlevels of various licenses and validity requirements), performance (detailingoverseas projects and specific scale, quantity, etc. requirements), and topossess the capability in terms of personnel, equipment, and funds to undertakethe equipment supply for this tender project.
2.2 投標人及其技術支持方（如有）（以下簡稱“投標人”）必須是依法注冊的企業法人，具備在其合法的營業范圍內履行民事責任能力。
The bidder andits technical support party (if any) (hereinafter referred to as "thebidder") must be legally registered entity with legal personality and havethe ability to perform civil liability within its legal business scope.
2.3 法定代表人相同的兩個及兩個以上企業，母公司、全資子公司及其控股公司或同屬一個母公司的兩個以上全資子公司及其控股公司(包含代理公司)，都不得在同一貨物招標中同時投標。
