簡要規(guī)則描述：為加強浦東新區(qū)供水水質(zhì)管理，本項目擬通過競爭性磋商的方式選取合格的供應(yīng)商對區(qū)域內(nèi)供水水質(zhì)進行檢測，對轄區(qū)內(nèi)原水、出廠水、管網(wǎng)水(二次供水）做好全過程水質(zhì)監(jiān)測，確保真實、全面、及時的掌握新區(qū)的水質(zhì)動態(tài)，保障供水水質(zhì)安全。
Brief Specification Description: In order to strengthen the management of water quality in Pudong New Area, this project plans to select qualified suppliers through competitive negotiation to test the water quality of the water supply in the area. The entire process of water quality monitoring will be carried out for raw water, factory water, and pipeline water (secondary water supply) in the jurisdiction to ensure a true, comprehensive, and timely grasp of the water quality dynamics in the new area and ensure the safety of water supply quality.
