簡要規(guī)則描述：2025年垃圾投放點(diǎn)微改造工程包括新建垃圾分類亭以及原有垃圾廂房的改造和修繕，主要工作內(nèi)容為地面拆除及修復(fù)、墻磚修補(bǔ)、內(nèi)外墻及天棚刷漆、屋面修繕、雨棚標(biāo)識安裝、除臭裝置安裝、燈具安裝、管道安裝、管線敷設(shè)等。（具體數(shù)量及要求詳見工程量清單）
Brief Specification Description: In 2025, the micro-renovation project of garbage drop point includes the renovation and repair of new garbage sorting kiosks and the original garbage wing. The main work contents include ground removal and repair, wall tile repair, painting of internal and external walls and ceilings, roof repair, canopy logo installation, deodorization device installation, lamps installation, pipeline installation and pipeline laying. 二、申請人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定；
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(b)落實(shí)政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：
（1）落實(shí)預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購中的份額，支持中小企業(yè)發(fā)展：本項(xiàng)目是專門面向中小企業(yè)采購，評審時(shí)，中小企業(yè)均不執(zhí)行價(jià)格折扣優(yōu)惠。
（2）扶持監(jiān)獄企業(yè)、殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)；
（3）優(yōu)先采購節(jié)能環(huán)保產(chǎn)品政策：在技術(shù)、服務(wù)等指標(biāo)同等條件下，對財(cái)政部財(cái)庫〔2019〕18號和財(cái)政部財(cái)庫〔2019〕19號文公布的節(jié)能環(huán)保產(chǎn)品品目清單中的產(chǎn)品實(shí)行優(yōu)先采購；對節(jié)能產(chǎn)品品目清單中以“★”標(biāo)注的產(chǎn)品，實(shí)行強(qiáng)制采購。供應(yīng)商須提供具有國家確定的認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)出具的、處于有效期之內(nèi)的認(rèn)證證書方能享受優(yōu)先采購或強(qiáng)制采購政策。
