簡要規則描述：沈莊老街四至范圍東至咸塘港，南至S32，西至滬南公路，北至五灶港，土地面積約54065平方米。其中K-5地塊9988平方米，規劃用途為菜場商業用地。K-6地塊18150平方米，規劃用途為學校教育用地。根據前期排摸發現，該地塊紅線范圍內存在電力管線，按照開發建設要求，由市住宅中心委托鎮對現有管線進行搬遷。
Brief Specification Description: The Shen Zhuang Old Street is bounded by Xiantang Port to the east, S32 to the south, Hunan Highway to the west, and Wuzhao Port to the north, covering an area of approximately 54,065 square meters. Among this, Block K-5 spans 9,988 square meters and is designated for market commercial use, while Block K-6 covers 18,150 square meters and is allocated for school and educational purposes. Preliminary surveys identified power lines within the block's redline boundaries. In accordance with development requirements, the Municipal Housing Center has commissioned the town to relocate the existing pipelines.
